How to apply Flow.
1
Find the right strip size
The right size touches the outer edges of your nostrils without squeezing or pressing them together.

Clean and dry your nose
Remove dirt and oil with soap and water. Let your skin dry completely before applying the adhesive tabs.
3
Apply the tabs and strip
Place one adhesive tab on each side of your nose, just above the nostrils. Then attach the strip.
