Comfortable to use.
Absolutely fantastic product! I have had problems with a stuffy nose and snoring for years. With this little thing, I sleep better and no longer snore. My wife sends her thanks!
Johan
I have tried everything, the breath right strips, chin strap have spent hundreds on pillows, to help my snoring. Nothing was comfortable enough or worked. Flow is the only thing i like to use consistently and it works every night. The tabs are also very strong, i tried some other brands, but they dont hold as good. Thanks!
Mark
I am a 65 year old male with loud snoring and it stops my wife from good night sleep. Our daughter told us about the Flow. From the first night my snoring issues got much better. Results on my sleep watch app are better aswell. This has completely changed our lives!
Vincent
A must-have for running
Simply the best!
Sofia
I have used regular nose strips for over a year, but i always wanted something that opens my nose even more. Also the regular strips used to irritate my skin. Flow was the absolute best find for me! The tapes that stick to nose are also very good quality.
Emil
Used by the whole family.
Helps us sleep significantly better. Sometimes it’s only 3–4 hours of sleep, but I still feel like I have more energy the next day.

I get significantly more air and no longer need to breathe through my mouth all the time. You get used to it quickly and it doesn't feel bothersome. It stays in place really well, even during workouts 💪🏼

How does Flow work?
Two small strips are attached to both sides of the nose, after which the magnetic strip is snapped into place. The strip widens the nasal passages from the outside and keeps them open all night.
Does anything go inside the nose?
No. Flow works entirely from outside the nose – nothing is inserted into the nostrils.
How do I choose the right size?
The starter pack includes 4 different sized bands (S, M1, M2, L), so you can find the right size by trying them out.
Can this be used while sleeping?
Yes, the tape is designed to stay in place all night and will not interfere with your sleep.
Can this be used while on the move?
Yes, the strap is also suitable for sports and other physical activities.
How do the adhesive tabs work?
The strips attach to both sides of the nose and keep the magnetic strip firmly in place throughout use.
How long do the adhesive tabs last?
One pair of tape strips typically lasts for one use. The starter kit contains 15 pairs for you to try.
What does the Starter Kit include?
Your kit includes 4 reusable strips in different sizes, 15 pairs of single-use tabs, an applicator and printed instructions. See our English setup guide for help getting started.
Does the product have a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes, the product has a 60-day satisfaction guarantee.
How soon will the delivery arrive?
Enjoy free shipping on your order. Delivery times vary by destination. See the estimated delivery time for your country.
